Solidarity phonebank to stand up for baristas – Starbucks Workers Union

Baristas frequently work shifts without enough partners to keep up with customer volume, all while facing hours cuts and inconsistent scheduling. With a company as profitable as Starbucks – and a CEO paid as outrageously as Brian Niccol – there’s no reason the coffee giant can’t address this.

We’re done letting Starbucks off the hook for hours cuts and understaffing stores. We’re taking action. We’re calling on Starbucks management to guarantee hours and fully staff our stores. The more baristas join us, the more power we have to win! And we’re close. We need your help to keep up the pressure.
