I decided to facilitate our pack because I’ve cared about Democracy since I witnessed mock elections on Kids TV in NYC and went into the voting booth with each of my well-prepared parents each and every election. Was that your experience where you came from, too? We have opportunities to continue to build Democracy together! So Let’s Do Something- Even Now!!!

Here’s what you need to know about our pack and how we’re taking action in this season. Our Pack is made up of a Pack Leader or 3 and ideally, 2 – 8 Pack Members per Pod. Pods will be collaborating closely to take action together as a whole team, and individual actions (mostly at home) will also be offered.

Your Time, Your Choices, Our Attempts at Democracy!!!

Our pack will be meeting weekly or biweekly mostly face-to-face to listen to each other, run through actions available, receive coaching and guidance, and create community & accountability among your Pods.

Our pack is encouraged to work together to reach goals relevant to each tactical category and incentivized to take on a variety of tactics instead of sticking to just one type of action.

Some of the possible opportunities: Listening & Grieving & Co-Strategizing Gatherings to Take Actions, Text Parties, Phone/ Letter/ Petition Campaigns, Legislative Initiatives, Public Information Sessions … and many more, your choices!

We will be going over what it could mean to become a Do Something Pack Member. We will also provide resources, and tools and have an opportunity to ask questions so you feel prepared to consider joining our pack over the next little while!
