From PennEnvironment and POWER Interfaith:
The day is effective and easy. You sign up for a 30-60 minute commitment, and PE does the rest: PE’s staff will schedule the meetings with your elected officials, PE will have one of their expert lobbyists join the meeting, and PE gives us the tips and talking points we need regarding the bills we will be lobbying for to make our voices heard for climate action.
Here are all the details:
WHAT: Virtual Climate Action Lobby Day 2025
WHEN: Thursday, June 5
WHERE: Online. So you can join from your kitchen table, living room or office.
HOW: PennEnvironment will schedule 30-minute Zoom meetings with your state representative and/or state senator between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and host an optional virtual rally from 12:15 – 12:45 p.m.
With the rollbacks taking place in Washington, D.C., having leadership from our state elected officials to fight climate change, promote renewable energy, and improve energy efficiency will be more critical than ever.
